implementing and servicing voice and data solutions that help them accomplish critical business objectives. In most
cases, ChaseTek provides these services at no charge.
Management of voice and data networks typically spans multiple job functions in any company. IT and
telecommunications issues are certainly taken into account, and there is certainly a finance perspective
considered during the purchase process. Many companies have the staff and resources required to make an
informed decision. Still, the time spent designing solutions and interviewing vendors is costly. Managing
the solution and maintaining the integrity of the solution can be even more challenging. Enter ChaseTek.
The Process
Inventory
Our process begins with an inventory of current services. In many cases, this process in itself results
in a significant opportunity for savings. It is common, especially as businesses grow, for services to
be added as needed and without much consideration for the thought and effort put forth in the original
design. In fact, many times these services are ordered in a de-centralized manner, eliminating leverage
and consistency.
By reviewing current billing and reconciling with carrier customer service records, we compile a list of
installed services and costs. Working with you, we validate the identified services and their use in the
installed network. Where installed services cannot be identified, we assist in disconnecting un-needed
services. ChaseTek does not charge for this service, and the savings realized by disconnecting unnecessary
services can be significant.
Analysis and Design
After completing the current services inventory, ChaseTek conducts a needs analysis, taking into account
currently installed equipment, core businesses processes, applications and objectives.
Our goal is to present options that specifically address your identified business needs, while optimizing
efficiencies. ChaseTek will identify where and how the designed network options will address your specific
needs, as identified, and discuss the impacts on current infrastructure and business practices.
Vendor Bid Management
After determining your preferred network designs, ChaseTek will solicit and manage bids from relevant
service providers. Our process provides multiple vendor solutions and pricing scenarios, which we present
for review and discussion, eliminating the need to meet with multiple providers multiple times. ChaseTek
will communicate with vendor engineering and sales personnel, and coordinate dialogue between vendors and
you when necessary.
In addition, ChaseTek will provide simple, honest and straightforward differentiation between solutions and vendors.
Solution Selection
You will always choose the solution and the service provider that you feel best fits your company’s needs.
ChaseTek will work with the selected vendor to present paperwork, and your company will enter into an agreement
directly with the new provider.
During this process, ChaseTek will assistance in contract negotiations, providing best-practice advice, term
selection and paperwork completion.
Project Management
Once an order has been placed with the selected vendor, ChaseTek begins the project management process.
We begin by gathering site-specific information regarding hardware and IT vendors, as well as site contacts.
Working with you, we develop an implementation schedule by site to coordinate installation, testing and turn-up
with minimal or no impact to standard business operations. During this process, ChaseTek is the conduit of
information between you, your vendors, your site contacts and the service provider, ensuring all questions have
answers and that agreed upon timelines are strictly managed.
Upon completion of installation, ChaseTek will disconnect legacy services as appropriate, provide validation
that billing from the displaced providers has stopped and that appropriate credits have been issued and received.
In addition, ChaseTek will review the first billing for any new services for accuracy and issue appropriate
orders with the service provider to make necessary corrections.
Our goal is to make implementing your preferred solution as painless as possible. While there are some issues
that are beyond control, we have proven that collecting and providing accurate information, managing the vendor
process from the outside and providing constant checks and balances, will improve the experience and increase
the likelihood of a successful implementation.

As a ChaseTek customer, you will have free access to our expertise and services long after the new network
has been installed. Whether the issue is resolving an out-of-service condition, moving services, billing
issue resolution or adding additional services, ChaseTek is the single point of contact.

again. It means no one in your organization will have to review and approve an invoice for payment. It means
every bill will be reviewed to assure the charges are accurate.
Our
pro : active customers enjoy online access to historical billing information
and bill images, but forego
the hassle of managing the data themselves. By establishing benchmark pricing by location and service, ChaseTek
will review exceptions outside of your defined tolerance. When an exception is present, ChaseTek will research
the cause and either validate it and provide a reason for the exception or open a ticket with the service provider
and modify the accounts payable amount prior to payment. ChaseTek will also monitor any appropriate credits
and provide reconciliation reporting.
This service is a compliment to any corporate "green" initiatives, and the cost of this service is easily
offset by the savings realized in work force re-allocation and elimination of wasted expenses and late fees.
