About Us
Founded in Feb 04, ChaseTek is the realization of a common vision shared by its two owners, Kenneth Wallace and Chris Wolfe. Both realized that the only way to distinguish between carriers was the level of service being provided to its customers. They also realized that the level of service a carrier could provide depended solely on the people involved in the customer-carrier transaction. Whether the transaction is sales related or customer service related, the ability of the carrier to meet or exceed its customers expectations rested squarely on an employee and that person’s willingness and eagerness to help. High employee churn and an increasingly volatile marketplace, made providing excellent customer service beyond the control of even the most committed carriers. Enter ChaseTek. While our clients maintain their access to the carrier of their choosing, ChaseTek becomes the single point of contact. For any and every concern, whether the issue is sales or service related, our clients need only call us and we will provide the answer and complete any work that is required to resolve the issue. Most Carriers see a benefit to working with ChaseTek, as well. Because of our experience and understanding of competitive solutions, the work that we provide our carriers at the time of order is cleaner and more accurate than most direct sales orders. Our efforts to resolve customer service issues very often result in more timely resolution because we understand the Carrier perspective and speak to them in their language, eliminating wasted time in diagnosing the problem. In fact, most Carriers see so much value in working with ChaseTek that they will compensate us for brokering their services, almost always eliminating the need for us to charge our customers directly. |
